Exactly 2 years, almost to the day, after the house arrived from Hastings, the CCC has been issued, so the house is complete ... YAY. Here are a few views of the interior (okay some more minor finishing works required, but then enjoying the mountain and The Chateau has been more of a priority recently.

ELECTION 2008 : October : Tui Really Knows the Truth ... Helen Clark has mere days until unemployment

This piece of history is worth raising as we go into Election '08, and find that on one side we have the National Party fighting for what is right, as the Labour Party shoot them down at every opportunity with lies, lies, damn lies ... We have a battle on our hands, and unless you are willing to give of your 'blood, toil, tears and sweat' we will not see this corrupt government deposed.
I leave you with Winston Churchills stirring words from a war not dissimilar to the one underway in New Zealand now ... but on a far larger and more deadly scale.
